Conferences and seminars take place on-site at the University of Chicago Hype Park campus:

The Stevanovich Center for Financial Mathematics will arrange and pre-pay accommodation for non-local speakers.
Transportation
- Domestic Travel: Midway Airport (MDW) is easy to navigate, located closer to the University of Chicago campus, and well connected to the city.
- International Travel: O’Hare International Airport (ORD) will be your only option.
As per the University of Chicago policies, please purchase economy tickets and save all receipts related to your travel to and from Chicago for reimbursement. Unless pre-approved by the Dean of the Physical Science Division, Economy Premium, B-Class or First-Class tickets will be reimbursed based on an economy average ticket price.
Once you have booked your tickets, feel free to share your itinerary with Dylan Passé – Business Administrator for the Stevanovich Center of Financial Mathematics – so that we know when to expect you.
Meals
Meals purchased during your travel and stay will be reimbursed, up to $50 per meal per person, tips included. Please save your receipts, including proofs of payment, and submit these to the Program Coordinator after the conference alongside transportation invoices.
During the conference, lunches are offered to the speakers which will be served nearby, on the University of Chicago campus. There is no need to register.
Presentations
Depending on the conferences, speakers will have approximately 40 minutes to present and answer any subsequent questions. The Scientific Committee will confirm specific details as the program is finalized. Speakers will utilize their laptops for their presentations. Technical support to project will be on hand.
